RPI’s roots go back more than two decades, beginning as one of Singapore’s earliest printers dedicated specifically to property agents. As the real estate landscape evolved, so did we – expanding from print production into mailing, distribution, warehousing and data-driven targeting.
By establishing service points inside agencies and forming strategic partnerships across the industry, RPI became a trusted name among agents, teams and developers.

Our History
The Milestones That Shaped Who We Are
1997
Early Foundations
Mr. Derrick Lim founded Card Express Pte Ltd in partnership with Fuji Xerox, becoming the first printer in Singapore dedicated to serving the real estate industry. Under Derrick’s leadership, Card Express grew rapidly – producing more than 45% of all business cards used by property agents at the time and establishing itself as the industry’s go-to printer.
2003
Establishing RPI
Realtors Printing Ideas (S) Pte Ltd (RPI) was officially formed, strengthening our foothold in the real estate sector. We set up one-stop service points within property agencies, giving agents direct access to printing and marketing support. Our product range expanded to more than 30 specialised offerings, enabling us to drive stronger lead generation for agents and agencies alike.
2009
Embracing Innovation
RPI invested in a collaboration with Tuna Media, a mobile marketing company that played a key role in our direct marketing strategies for both local and regional projects. This partnership marked a major step in our commitment to staying ahead of industry trends and adopting innovative marketing technologies.
2013
A Strategic Alliance
By invitation, RPI became an authorised SingPost partner – a significant milestone that expanded our mailing capabilities, improved delivery accountability, and allowed us to offer more competitive pricing. This alliance cemented RPI’s position as a trusted marketing partner within the industry.
2014
Growing Stronger
To support rising demand, we relocated to a larger integrated facility equipped with production, warehousing and storage capabilities. This move strengthened our operational capacity, allowing us to scale long-term campaigns and serve clients more efficiently.
2015
Expanding Horizons
RPI launched its B2B division to support corporate clients across Singapore, bringing our marketing expertise to a broader audience. This expansion opened new opportunities and diversified our service capabilities across multiple sectors.
2019
Precision in Marketing
We introduced our Bull’s Eye Profiling System – an advanced targeting framework that significantly improved the accuracy and effectiveness of direct marketing efforts. This system became a cornerstone of our ability to help agents reach the right audiences with greater precision.
2020
Overcoming the Pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic created unprecedented challenges. During the circuit breaker, when many businesses were unable to operate, our management team demonstrated strong leadership and operational discipline. Streamlined processes enabled us to stabilise quickly and emerge from the crisis stronger than before.
2021
A V-Shaped Recovery
RPI achieved an impressive V-shaped recovery, expanding both manpower and sales. Mr. Derrick Lim’s vision and resilience played a pivotal role as the team continued to grow while many others were still navigating the difficulties of the pandemic aftermath.
2023
A Milestone Year
RPI marked 20 years since its establishment – a significant milestone that reflects long-standing trust, industry expertise and commitment to supporting Singapore’s real estate professionals.
